This policy explains what items, documents, goods, and materials cannot be shipped, stored, submitted, or transported through Vigopex LLC services.

This Prohibited Items & Restricted Materials Policy governs all shipments, packages, cargo, documents, and materials submitted to Vigopex LLC (“Vigopex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Vigopex services, customers agree to comply with all applicable United States laws, Haitian laws, international transport regulations, carrier policies, customs requirements, and this Policy.

Section 01

General Prohibition

Customers may not ship, store, submit, transport, conceal, or request the transportation of any item prohibited by law, regulation, carrier restriction, or Vigopex internal policy.

Section 02

Prohibited Goods & Materials

  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapons, or weapon components
  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
  • Hazardous, toxic, flammable, combustible, or corrosive materials
  • Counterfeit merchandise, pirated goods, or stolen property
  • Live animals or biological hazards
  • Human remains or body parts
  • Currency, negotiable instruments, or undeclared cash
  • Restricted chemicals, radioactive materials, or biohazards
  • Perishable goods prohibited by applicable regulations
  • Any item prohibited under U.S., Haitian, or international transport laws

Prohibited Documents & Restricted Content

  • Counterfeit or forged documents
  • Fraudulent passports, visas, or immigration documents
  • Forged identification cards, licenses, or certificates
  • Fraudulent government records
  • Documents connected to financial fraud or criminal activity
  • Illegal immigration-related documentation
  • Narcotics or drug-related materials
  • Restricted confidential materials prohibited by law
  • Any document intended to facilitate illegal activity
Section 04

Adult Materials & Obscene Content Restriction

  • Pornographic materials
  • Obscene or sexually explicit content
  • Adult toys or sexually-oriented products prohibited by destination regulations
  • Child sexual abuse material or exploitative content
  • Sexually explicit media in physical or digital form
  • Any material deemed obscene, immoral, offensive, or unlawful by applicable authorities
This restriction applies to both physical shipments and any documents, digital storage devices, or media transported through Vigopex services.
Section 05

Inspection & Enforcement Rights

  • Refuse acceptance of any shipment
  • Open and inspect packages or documents
  • Suspend or terminate customer accounts
  • Report suspected unlawful activity to authorities
  • Surrender prohibited items to customs or law enforcement
  • Dispose of prohibited materials without compensation
Vigopex may cooperate fully with customs authorities, law enforcement agencies, government bodies, transportation partners, and regulatory agencies without prior notice to the customer.
Section 06

Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipments comply with applicable laws, customs regulations, and carrier restrictions. Customers accept full legal responsibility for the contents of all shipments submitted under their account.

Section 07

No Liability for Prohibited Shipments

Vigopex shall not be liable for losses, confiscations, delays, penalties, investigations, customs actions, or damages arising from prohibited or restricted items submitted by customers.

Section 08

Policy Updates

Vigopex reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Vigopex services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
